HEY! What's For Supper

Chicken Salad
(Modified from Sue Ellen's Recipe)

1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Cans of Tyson Chunk Chicken
Pepper to taste
Grapes, diced

Mix altogether. I also mix in some cayenne pepper to give it some kick. Serve as sandwich, with crackers, tossed salad greens, or whatever. It is better once it is chilled.

  1. Red grapes are the best. You miss out by not adding the cashews right before serving & it's awesome on a jumbo croissant! I know, I know... modified! : )
