HEY! What's For Supper?

MEATBALLS

1-1 1/2 pounds of ground meat
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
A splash of milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Montreal Seasoning by McCormick


Mix meat, onion, bell pepper together. Mix milk and egg together then add to meat mixture. Add bread crumbs and seasoning. Mix everything together. Form small balls and place on baking sheet and cook at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve with Spaghetti, sauce, salad, and garlic bread.

  2. Mmm... that sounds good. I could splash with Lactaid & use red bell. Seriously, you need to add photos to your recipes!
