HEY! What's For Supper?

Country Beef Pot Pie
1 pound ground beef
1 (16 oz) bag of frozen mixed veggies, thawed
1 envelope of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 cups of milk
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cans of refrigerated biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Brown ground beef, drain
3. Stir in veggies, soup mix, milk, cheese, and flour. Bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Pour into greased 9 x 9 casserole dish.
5. Place biscuits on top close together (I ended up using about 16 biscuits)
6. Bake 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
(I couldn't get a picture of this one because it was gone in a matter of seconds.
